Replacement Pieces

My acrylic templates are 3 millimeters and quite strong. Occasionally, life is hard and templates will get broken. I offer a one-time replacement free of charge.  

If a template piece breaks during shipping, per my terms of service, I need to be notified within 7 days of receiving the shipment. A photo of the templates AND the packaging must be included. I'll direct you to this listing to "purchase" a replacement piece with a code for free shipping. 

Otherwise, select the template that needs replacing and chose the appropriate shipping option at checkout (Bring for addresses within Scandinavia and DHL for all other shipments).Check out with your preferred payment, and I'll get you that replacement piece as soon as possible.
