All template, pattern, and on demand wokrshop sales are final. In person events are refundable based on the timeline specified with each event.
If your templates are damaged when they arrive, please email a photograph of the damaged template AND a photograph of the packing within 7 days of receiving yoru package.
If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.
Templates will arrive with a plastic film on the back. This white plastic can be removed to allow for a translucent effect.
If you break a template, contact me directly to purchase a replacement piece.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Standard delivery usually takes around 7 business days. Please note that with the state of the global pandemic, orders may arrive later than usual.
