Quilting with Curves Book Tour

I'm thrilled to announce that my new book, Quilting with Curves: 20 Geometric Projects has been released!

As part of the release, 11 of my friends and colleagues in the quilting business are giving away physical and digital copies of the book. They've said such lovely things and pointed out all of the aspects that I love about this book: the range of designs, the various difficulty levels, and the unexpected ways of using quarter circle squares! I'll add more in the coming months as I go through each of the projects. In the meantime, take a look at the flip through and pick out something that excites you!

While you're at it, please visit the links below to see some of the designers' favorite projects and comment on their blogs or Instagram posts to win a copy for yourself!

To win a copy of the book here, just leave a comment telling me whether you've tried curved seams before and what interests you most about them - big curves, little curves, curves in curves, curves and triangles. Or if you haven't tried them, I want to know if this will be your first time!

I'll announce a winner on July 8 in both my newsletter and on the blog so be sure to stick around.

  • This book looks wonderful! Thanks for the opportunity! I’ve sewn a bit with curves but not a lot. This looks like a wonderful way to dive in deeper 😊.

  • The second quilt I ever made had tons of curves. There was no fear or intimidation, because I didn’t really know anything about quilting!! As a dancer, the sense of motion you can achieve with curved piecing is so satisfying.

  • I love curves, but I am most familiar with template-free methods. Would love to manage the nested types with your rulers. I would also love to get a copy of your lovely new book.

  • I’ve sewn curves before but I’m ready to take things to the next level. I like the designs that use curves within curves, or other complex combinations. Congratulations on your new book! It looks lovely.

  • I’ve been on a curve journey this past year and love the different designs that can be achieved. Congratulations on your new book, I’m looking forward to seeing and hopefully trying your new curved quilts!

  • Congratulations on a successful tour❤️ I’ve made curves and I definitely prefer bigger ones. I did a couple of minis where I experimented …one with nested inset circles, and one with flying geese inside a single inset circle. I’m intrigued by other shapes inside the curves – triangles, lines, etc. I would love a copy of your book as I think it would be a great guide for me to expand my curve game!
