The long arm is ready!
When my schedule allows, I will open this listing briefly to take requests for long arm services. Join my newsletter to be the first to know availability.
Materials must be at the WarmFolk studios by December 4 in order to be ready for pick up or return via Bring/Posten by December 11.
Here’s how it works:
Reserve my services by making a purchase on this listing. Select your motif and thread color.
The cost of the reservation is 400 + MVA which will cover the return shipping.

When your quilting is complete, I will calculate the per yard fee and send a faktura to the address you gave when making the reservation. The faktura will reflect only the fee for quilting services or any applicable batting/backing purchases. Shipping with Bring/Posten is paid for in the reservation fee.
Your quilt will be shipped by the deadline stated above.
All quilting is free motion (without robotics or pantographs). The top thread is a 3-ply 40 weight Aurifil thread (yellow plastic cone) or Aurifil's single ply 40 weight thread (green plastic cone). The bobbin thread is cotton 50 weight. The color selected applies to both top and bobbin thread.
All of my quilting motifs are in a density that ranges from 1/2 inch to 2 inches. This means that the spaces between the stitches is, at most, 2 inches apart. If you prefer a quilting density that is high or lower than this, let me know. There may be a fee increase for extra dense quilting. (There is no discount for less dense quilting).
You can provide your own batting and backing.
All batting and backing must be 4 inches (10 cm) larger than the quilt top on all four sides.
Any pieced backing must have seams running primarily horizontally.
Batting can be purchased by request:
- 100% bamboo - 250 per yard
Backing can be purchased:
- white 108” (275 cm) - 380 nok per yard
450 nok per square yard for all edge-to-edge quilt designs.
You can provide your own batting and backing. If you purchase from me, these are available:
- 100% Bamboo Batting 250 per yard.
- Kona wideback in White 380 per yard.
200 nok expedited shipping with DHL (shipping with Bring -Posten is included in the reservation fee.)
All of the prices listed include MVA.
Please carefully choose your thread color and quilt design. Quilt designs will have some variation in their application because they are free-handed. There are no refunds for services provided.
If you need to cancel your reservation, I will happily return the deposit minus a 10% restocking fee.
